Terms of Service

SBC is a business management, growth and automation platform: a connected workspace for customers, sales, work, money, marketing, communications, documents and business insight. Features may change as the platform improves.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Where you use SBC as part of an organisation, that organisation's owners and administrators control the workspace, its members and their roles.

You retain ownership of the records you enter into SBC. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the information you store — including personal information about your own customers and contacts — and for having the right to store and use it, including honouring consent and opt-out requirements when messaging.

You must not use SBC to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• send spam, unsolicited or unlawful marketing messages;
• interfere with the service or access another organisation's data;
• misuse connected third-party services or their terms.

When you connect a third-party service (such as WhatsApp Business through Meta), you authorise us to operate that connection on your organisation's behalf. Your use of each third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms — for WhatsApp, this includes Meta's terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. We may suspend a connection that violates those terms.

Assistant answers, insights, recommendations and prepared documents are generated from your own records and general patterns. They are provided to assist your judgement, not replace it. Review important outputs — such as contracts, financial documents and customer-facing messages — before relying on or sending them. Automated actions run only under the rules and approvals you configure.

We aim to keep SBC reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, update or change features, and will avoid materially reducing the service during a paid period without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, SBC is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using SBC and request deletion of your account or workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached. On closure, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
